These are applied for in Zimbabwe in person or through a nominee at the Registrar of Marriages at Makombe Building in Harare. Requirements are as follows:

• Proof of Divorce (Decree Absolute), if previously married
• Birth Certificates and Identity Cards
• Payment of US $30 PLUS to the Registrar of Marriages

Non-Marriage Certificates are issued to Zimbabwe nationals seeking to either marry for the first time abroad or to those who are seeking to remarry.
