Dr. Gloria Magombo, MSc Mech.Eng., MBA., PhD (Hon.) Pr. Eng.

Gloria has more than 33 years of experience in the Energy Sector spanning the fields of engineering, management, power sector reform and regulation. Before joining MoEPD, Dr.Magombo served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA). She also worked as the Managing Director of an international consultancy firm, Norconsult Botswana.
