The following are required for the repatriation of the remains (human remains or cremated ashes) of deceased Zimbabwean nationals:
- Deceased’s Zimbabwean Passport
- Death Certificate
- Infectious / None Infectious Disease Certificate
- Embalming Certificate/Cremation Certificate for Ashes
- Removal Certificate / Order (Permit to repatriate remains from the country where death occurred)
- Affidavit by the funeral Directors
