The following documents are required for a Child Registration at the Permanent Mission:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The child\u2019s local Long Birth Certificate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Both parents\u2019 Long Birth Certificates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Both parents\u2019 Zimbabwean National Registration Cards (IDs);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Both parents\u2019 Passports; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Marriage Certificate (if applicable).\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Application Fee: CHF 85<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    NB<\/strong>: Bring photocopies of all documents listed above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When the forms have duly been completed, signed and processed, it is the applicant\u2019s responsibility to send these to the Registrar General\u2019s Office in Zimbabwe for the issuance of the Long Birth Certificate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
