Children below 18 years of age should be accompanied by a parent or Legal Guardian to sign Section 5 of the Passport Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Documents required for the Passport Application include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Original and Photocopy of Zimbabwean Long Birth Certificate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original and photocopy of National\u00a0Identity Card (ID) for 16-year-olds and above;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marriage Certificate and Photocopy, (for married women \u2013 ID should be in married name);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of Citizenship, if you are citizenship of Zimbabwe by Descent, Registration or Naturalisation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Old\/Expired Passport plus Photocopy of bio-data page;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 x colour photographs of 4.5cm long by 3.5cm wide dimensions, taken from a studio with a white background where the applicant puts on dark coloured upper clothes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application fee: CHF 55<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Passport applications services are only available in-person at the Permanent Mission.
